Support Notes > Photoshop Does Not Open

On occassion you may find Photoshop does not open. Photoshop usually malfunctions because of corrupt preferences. You can easily reset the preferences yourself by following the steps below.

1. Hold on the keyboard Shift Control Option Apple.

2. Open Photoshop (keep holding the four keys above).

3. As Photoshop loads within a few seconds it will prompt Delete the Adobe Photoshop Settings File? At this point you can release holding the four keys. Click on Yes.

4. Photoshop should continue to load. If it fails please restart the computer and try again.
