Support Notes > How To Access Network Applications

Network Applications is a server that provides access to a wide range of applications such as Comic Life, Google Earth and Macromedia Studio 8 to name just a few. Below outlines two methods for connecting to Network Applications. The second method applies to laptop users.

Using the Finder

1. Click on the Finder icon in the Dock.

2. Click on the top menu bar Go > Applications > Network Applications

Using Connect To Server (For laptop users)

1. Click on the Finder icon in the Dock.

2. Click on the top menu bar Go > Connect to Server...

3. For the Server Address please enter netapp and click on Connect

4. You should be prompted Connect to the file server "netapp.cdnis.edu.hk". Choose Connect as Guest and click on Connect.
