1. FirstClass server is backed up daily from 12:30 AM. The backup takes around 2 hours to complete and during this time you will not be able to log into FirstClass.
3. If you have deleted something in FirstClass and want to get it back, click on View > Show Deleted Items. This function will allow you to recover messages on the same day.
3. All incoming emails are scanned for viruses and spam. There are times when spam gets through and if you receive unwanted emails you should firstly delete them yourself and you can report it to spam@appriver.com so they can investigate it.
