Support Notes > Where To Find Equitrac-setup.zip

Equitrac is the name of the new printing system. If you have a MacBook you will need to install the Equitrac software on it before you can use the new printing system.

The installation file can be downloaded/copied from Network Applications > Multi Functional Copier. The filename is Equitrac-setup.zip

Please refer to How To Access Network Applications if you do not know how to access Network Applications.

For installation instructions please read MacBook Setup Procedure For MFC Follow-You Assistant. This is for all MacBook users except Guidance staff.

Guidance staff will need Contact Us for the set of instructions especially for Guidance.
