Support Notes > Easy Grade Pro Does Not Work Properly

If you encounter problems with Easy Grade Pro such as it runs slowly, it frequently crashes or it does not open at all, there is probably a corruption with Easy Grade Pro's preferences. You can easily reset the preferences yourself by running an application found in Easy Grade Pro's folder.

1. Go in CdnisShare.

CdnisShare can be found on the desktop.

2. Run the application called Reset_Word_Preferences
