Please email the details including location such as room number to helpdesk@cdnis.edu.hk (Helpdesk Request).

Support Centre

The Information Technology Support Centre is at room 503. This room can be accessed via elevator #1 from level 9 (Ground floor). The door to room 503 is always locked for security reasons and you will need to knock on the door for attention.

Working Hours

IT staff are on duty from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM weekdays excluding public holidays.
